Please note that all custom orders must be paid in full prior to any design or production work. Additionally, all sales on customized products are final unless otherwise stated. We offer custom-made products including, but not limited to, laser-engraved goods, Bluetooth speaker boxes, promotional items, and business-to-business services. All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
Custom orders require full payment upfront.

4. Shipping Policy Due to the highly customized nature of our products, final pricing—including shipping—will be determined only after a customization consultation is completed.
Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Each order is priced individually to reflect the unique nature of the request. A full quote, including product and shipping costs, will be provided after your custom order is finalized and approved. No charges will be finalized until you confirm your order summary. We use trusted carriers and will provide tracking once your order ships. Bravado Custom Creations is not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in transit.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
We do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or significantly incorrect.
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery to report a damaged or incorrect item.
A restocking fee may apply to returned items. Returned items are done at the cost of the customer, unless otherwise stated. We advise contacting us prior to returning an item so we can do our best to "make it right".
